About Position:
We’re seeking a seasoned EUC/Service Desk Engineer to manage and enhance our end-user computing environment and frontline IT support operations. You will own endpoint lifecycle, drive service excellence across Incident/Request/Problem/Change processes, and improve experience through automation, standardization, and proactive monitoring. This role partners closely with Infra/Network/Security teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and modern workplace.

What You'll Do:
5+ years in EUC/Service Desk with L2/L3 responsibilities in mid/large environments.
Deep expertise in Windows 10/11, mac OS basics, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong hands-on with Intune and/or SCCM/MECM (collections, deployments, compliance, patching).
Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, Bit Locker, Autopilot.
Solid ITSM knowledge: Incident/Problem/Change; tools such as Service Now or Jira Service Management.
Power Shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting; log analysis and diagnostics.
Endpoint security exposure (EDR/AV, disk encryption, vulnerability remediation).
Excellent communication, customer service mindset, and stakeholder management.
Expertise You'll Bring:
Develop Power Shell scripts and automation for onboarding, patching, compliance checks, and reporting.
Integrate ITSM (e.g., Service Now, Jira Service Management) with endpoint tools for end-to-end workflows.
Standardize builds, GPOs, and compliance baselines; maintain software catalog and packaging.
Partner with Network/Security/Infra teams on rollouts, zero-day patching, and audits.
Vendor management: coordinate with OEMs, MSPs, and license providers; manage AMC/Asset warranty.
Conduct user training sessions; champion digital workplace adoption and self-service.
Implement and audit policies aligned to ISO 27001, SOC 2, and internal controls.
Maintain asset inventory, license compliance, and support internal/external audits.
Document risk assessments and remediation plans; maintain DR/BCP playbooks relevant to EUC.
