Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Assist users with remote support and desktop access issues.
  • Handle domain joining of computers and user accounts.
  • Set up and manage meetings using Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
  • Support Microsoft Office applications, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage Microsoft Outlook, including PST/OST files, rules, signatures, backups, repairs, and PST movement.
  • Log and manage tickets in ticketing tools, including service requests, incident requests, and call prioritization (P1, P2, P3, P4).
