Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Provide end-user IT support with priority handling for VIP users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and M365 issues (including remote support)
  • Perform device onboarding/offboarding, handover/collection, and basic IT asset management
  • Handle call logging, ticket tracking, and SLA response via ITSM tools
  • Set up and configure laptops/desktops; create/manage AD user profiles
  • Coordinate vendor repairs and manage DaaS device incidents
  • Support mobile device management (preferably Intune) and video/audio conferencing
  • Assist with BAU activities such as hardware refresh and Windows upgrades
  • Prepare and update basic technical documentation
  • Provide backend server/backup troubleshooting support (added advantage)
  • Mailbox management experience is an advantage
