Job Requirements
- Provide end-user IT support with priority handling for VIP users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and M365 issues (including remote support)
- Perform device onboarding/offboarding, handover/collection, and basic IT asset management
- Handle call logging, ticket tracking, and SLA response via ITSM tools
- Set up and configure laptops/desktops; create/manage AD user profiles
- Coordinate vendor repairs and manage DaaS device incidents
- Support mobile device management (preferably Intune) and video/audio conferencing
- Assist with BAU activities such as hardware refresh and Windows upgrades
- Prepare and update basic technical documentation
- Provide backend server/backup troubleshooting support (added advantage)
- Mailbox management experience is an advantage
