Minimum Requirement:

The Service Desk Engineer shall minimally possess the following requirement:

1. Minimum - Diploma in IT / Computer Engineering

2. Minimum – 1 year experience in call centre / helpdesk environment.

3. Be able to perform in a fast paced environment

4. Experience on Outlook, Windows OS, MAC, Office 2013 / 2016, VPN, Remote Desktop, Printer support are desired.

5. Fast & accurate data entry skills

6. Certification in ITIL would be an added advantage
