Job Description

We’re seeking a customer-focused Microsoft 365 specialist to provide technical support during weekend shifts. You’ll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, respond promptly to users, and maintain IT systems, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Weekends – Friday to Sunday

• Shift hours: 7am until 7pm


What You’ll Need


  • Experience in IT Solution Provider or MSP environment




  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills




  • Proactive problem ownership and resolution




  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting




  • Excellent client service and communication skills


  • Required Skills & Qualifications


  • AZ-104 or MS-102 certification (or willingness to earn more)
