We are still looking for top talent. Join our Regulatory and Compliance technology team as a Service Desk Incident Analyst . The role involves participating in incident management for a banking client. The position requires a high level of English and onsite presence at the client's office in Malaga three days a week.
Mandatory Requirements- 3 years of experience in customer-focused IT or banking fields
- Previous experience in Incident Management (preferable)
- Experience in dealing with customers and managing conference calls
- Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL
- Experience with Office 365 and competence in Excel
- Degree in a relevant subject
- English level C1
- Good communication skills and initiative
- Ability to collaborate with team members
- Ability to work under pressure
