We are still looking for top talent. Join our Regulatory and Compliance technology team as a Service Desk Incident Analyst . The role involves participating in incident management for a banking client. The position requires a high level of English and onsite presence at the client's office in Malaga three days a week.

Mandatory Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in customer-focused IT or banking fields
  • Previous experience in Incident Management (preferable)
  • Experience in dealing with customers and managing conference calls
  • Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL
  • Experience with Office 365 and competence in Excel
  • Degree in a relevant subject
  • English level C1
