In your new role you will:
- **Monitor**and **respond**to end-user inquiries through three main channels**:calls, web tickets, and chats**:
- **Provide**updates and **information**to **end-users**regarding the status of their incidents
- Manage and release **IT information news**to keep users informed
- Own and maintain content used in support tools, such as the knowledge **database and self-service portal**:
- Contribute to and drive **continuous improvement**initiatives in collaboration with 2nd-level IT teamsPerform additional tasks, projects, or responsibilities as assigned by Service Desk management
