SERVICE DESK INCIDENT MANAGER
WORK setting: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week. Type of contract: Freelance (full time). Hourly rate: 23-24 €. Location: Málaga.

EXPERIENCE
3 years of experience in Customer focused IT or Banking fields. Previous experience on Incident Management is preferable.
EDUCATION
Previous experience, or a degree in a relevant subject.
SKILLS
- Experience in dealing with customers and managing conference calls.
- Good communication skills and initiative.
- Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL.
- Experience with office 365 with Excel competence.
- Ability to collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Adaptability to new challenges and eager to learn.
