SERVICE DESK INCIDENT MANAGER

WORK setting: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week. Type of contract: Freelance (full time). Hourly rate: 23-24 €. Location: Málaga.

EXPERIENCE

3 years of experience in Customer focused IT or Banking fields. Previous experience on Incident Management is preferable.

EDUCATION

Previous experience, or a degree in a relevant subject.

SKILLS

  • Experience in dealing with customers and managing conference calls.
  • Good communication skills and initiative.
  • Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL.
  • Experience with office 365 with Excel competence.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Adaptability to new challenges and eager to learn.
