  • Proven experience in International and Domestic Voice-Based Service Desk Support
  • Comfortable working in a 24/7 call support environment

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for:

  • VPN
  • Citrix
  • VDI
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office & Office 365
