MS Engineer L1, Service Management

Job Description-

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with exposure in similar Operations.
  • Incident, service desk operation, user mail query response, follow up on ticket, basic excel, Telephonic call handling, user queries.
  • first call resolution

  • Trained in Telephone Techniques and systems usage and processes. Competent to handle complaint calls.
  • Good Communication/ interpersonal abilities
  • Basic understanding of service delivery, troubleshooting and resolution of incident and request
  • Service/ Incident assignment to respective support groups and follow up .
  • Experience in handling multiple vendor coordination and management.
  • Understanding of DR & BCP Process.
