Service Desk L1 Support – Pune/Bangalore/Mysore | Up to 5.5 LPA | Immediate Joiners
Location: Pune/Bangalore/Mysore (100% WFO)
Shifts: 24×7 Rotational (US/UK)
Notice Period: 0–15 Days
Education: 15 Years Full-Time
Experience: 1 Year – 5 Years ( L1 Support-Service Desk )
Mandatory Skills:
• ServiceNow ticketing tool
• Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Active Directory (password reset, account unlock)
• Basic networking knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
Role Overview:
• Provide L1 support via calls, emails & tickets
• Log and resolve incidents as per ITSM processes
• Ensure SLA compliance and escalate when required
