- Provide 1st level support to end users in German and English language via phone calls, chat, email, and our support portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using solutions from our knowledgebase.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to 2nd level support teams and third-party suppliers.
- Assist users with IT service requests.
- Ensure all actions are accurately recorded in our ITMS tool.
