Must-Have

  • Strong English & Language requested (Communication and interpersonal skills).
  • Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
  • Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.
  • Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting.
  • Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills.
  • Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases – Mandatory.
  • Flexible to work in shifts 24X7.

Good-to-Have

  • MCP & ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification.
