Must-Have
- Strong English & Language requested (Communication and interpersonal skills).
- Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
- Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues etc.
- Should have experience in Active Directory, Office365 and Desktop troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience on OS troubleshooting skills.
- Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of ITIL Life Cycle phases – Mandatory.
- Flexible to work in shifts 24X7.
Good-to-Have
- MCP & ITIL Foundation / Intermediate Certification.
