Public Sector People have partnered with a local council in Sydney who are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to deliver high quality IT service to council staff and ensure reliable operation of critical systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide expert IT support both remotely and onsite
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the organisation
• Maintain and support Microsoft networks, Office applications, and Citrix environments
• Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders

Do you have:

• IT support experience, including deskside and phone support
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments and Citrix (highly desirable)
• Experience working in local government or a similar environment
