Our client is a regional hub supporting both consumer electronics and professional display solutions, we are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to work closely with enterprise clients, channel partners, service centers, and internal teams to ensure fast and accurate resolution of technical issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems remotely, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues.
