Service Desk Team Leader

Unisys Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including the maintenance of hardware and software, client propriety systems, COTS and Unisys applications, voice communications and voicemail systems, network connectivity, printing, and remote access to desktop equipment.
  • Identify root causes of problems, take responsibility for timely solutions, and elevate unusual or complex issues to higher support levels.
  • Communicate problem, resolution, and root cause information to users—both technical and non-technical—to prevent recurrence.
  • Support Level‑1 and Level‑2 support agents with day‑to‑day incident, request, and query resolution.
  • Apply problem‑solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve challenging incidents.
