- Software Installation
- General computer troubleshooting
- Creating new user/employee accounts
- Password Resets
- Active Directory Management
What We Need From You:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
- Basic knowledge of technical support
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
- Knowledge of definitions such as VPN, IP address, active directory, etc.
