ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re on the lookout for Service Desk Technicians to join the Kinetic IT team. You will provide first-level support and be the first point of contact for our users seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.


Your duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service remotely

  • Remotely troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

  • Logging jobs and escalating to cross-functional teams

  • Collaborating with other vendors and service providers

  • Publishing and reviewing knowledge-based articles.

    • Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:

  • Experience in a customer-centric role

  • Top-notch communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Passion for working in a team

  • Ability to stay cool, even when under pressure

  • Ability to work a 24/7 roster – you will receive loading on top of your salary.

  • Experience working in a service desk environment (desirable but not essential)
