Workplace: Lisbon (On-Site)

Profile:

  • Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade;
  • Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in similar roles;
  • Proven experience in Windows and Microsoft Office system support roles;
  • Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting;
  • Experience in telephone customer service;
  • Knowledge of operating systems;
  • Experience in remote access for troubleshooting end users;
  • ITIL course and/or certification will be valued;
  • Ability to produce documentation and procedures for sharing knowledge with other teams;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Availability to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.;
  • Excellent communication skills and strong customer focus;
  • Enjoy working in a team and have good conflict management skills;
