A Service Desk Technician is needed to support a fast‑paced operations environment by providing high‑quality customer service and technical troubleshooting for our client in Portland, Oregon. This role involves handling incoming support calls, assisting with hardware issues, and supporting service desk activities related to kiosk‑based systems.
