Robert Half is looking for a customer-focused Service Desk professional with strong Microsoft applications and SaaS support for a long-term contract with a real estate client based in Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, enjoys solving technical problems, and delivers a true white-glove support experience to end users.


Duration: Long-term contract

Pay rate: up $35/hourly

Location: 100% Remote – working in CST or EST hours


Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide Service Desk support to end users, delivering timely and high-quality technical assistance

+ Support SaaS-based applications with a strong focus on Microsoft-centric technologies

+ Troubleshoot and support Hybrid Exchange and Microsoft environments (with an upcoming transition to fully Exchange)
