About the Opportunity:


We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide high-level technical support for equipment across Spain.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide on-site technical support to dealers and key customers for complex, major, or recurring failures.

  • Detect and resolve product issues through remote troubleshooting (diagnosis, procedures, documentation).

  • Implement product improvements and perform technical modifications on machines (including pre-delivery when required).

  • Serve as a guide in carrying out modifications and applying best repair practices with dealers.
