Summary of Position:
The Service Greeter is responsible for creating a positive and professional first impression by welcoming clients as they arrive at the service department. As the first point of contact, the Service Greeter acts as a brand ambassador for Brian Jessel BMW and ensures every client is acknowledged promptly in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The Service Greeter helps create a welcoming and organized service environment by directing clients appropriately, assisting with basic inquiries, and supporting the service team as needed. In addition, the Service Greeter is responsible for tracking daily service traffic, coordinating client flow with Service Advisors, and ensuring accurate documentation is submitted to Service Management on a daily basis.KPIs:
