• Provide technical support to internal colleagues, service partners and distributors for Xylem monitoring & control systems, UV and ozone treatment equipment, and aeration systems (Flygt, Wedeco, Sanitaire).



• Support commissioning of monitoring and control systems – remote technical assistance and on-site commissioning activities.



• Troubleshooting and fault finding – on-site and remote support for service partners during commissioning and operation phases.
