Service Engineer â Security , Network & ELV

What you will do

Service Engineer Lead Security (CFS) is a key role reporting directly to the Field Line Manager and will be based in Dubai. The Aftermarket CFS team carry out service maintenance and retrofit projects on Security Management Systems (SMS) and Controls used for comfort and energy efficiency across multiple industries including commercial retail and hospitality.

As a Service Engineer you will Lead, Execute & Manage independently Retrofit Projects, Maintenance Contracts and Commissioning, replacing the controllers, and you will be responsible for onsite system verification, PPM activities, testing & commissioning of additional doors/cameras upgrades, service reports of SMS and manage the overall team of technicians and subcontractors on a roster-based 24/7 duty shift plan.
