Service Engineer

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in servicing pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging machines
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge may be considered

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling blister change part service & troubleshooting activities for the Gujarat region
• Swiftly address & resolve any Technical issues related to blister change parts
• Collecting all relevant technical machine information for providing quatation
• Attending trail for supplied Bilster change parts & ensure smooth running of the machine
• Technical sound knowledge with faster addressing on conclsuion on query at the customer end
• Connecting well with cross-functional team members to ensure a smooth connection with the customer
• Good at communication skills.
• Travel to customer sites across locations as required
