Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site service calls.
  • Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt, effective resolution to technical issues.
  • Resolve customer dissatisfaction with timely solutions for product or service issues.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to service teams and sub-contractors on assignments, testing, and commissioning; verify and process payments to sub-contractors.
  • Actively support the implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives, including service value-chain activities.
  • Maintain and update the Service Information System; ensure all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and promptly for smooth departmental operations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience, with knowledge of air-conditioning, chillers, ACMV, or HVAC systems.
