Job Description:

  1. Performs hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
  2. Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures; orders replacement parts as required.
  3. Provides on-site installation and technical product training, as well as basic user functionality training to the customer base when required.
  4. Performs routine maintenance on equipment and assists in establishing preventive maintenance schedules with the customer.
  5. Timely and professionally handles field service calls and issues arising from the customer.

Required Qualification:
Education: Engineering Graduate
Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales and Service Engineering
Technical Skills: Experience in handling/managing machines used in the semiconductor/electronics manufacturing companies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
