Job Description:
- Performs hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
- Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures; orders replacement parts as required.
- Provides on-site installation and technical product training, as well as basic user functionality training to the customer base when required.
- Performs routine maintenance on equipment and assists in establishing preventive maintenance schedules with the customer.
- Timely and professionally handles field service calls and issues arising from the customer.
Required Qualification:
Education: Engineering Graduate
Experience: 2 years of experience in Sales and Service Engineering
Technical Skills: Experience in handling/managing machines used in the semiconductor/electronics manufacturing companies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
