Job Description
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Installation and performance verification of semiconductor/bio/Marine manufacturing equipmentOn-site setup and troubleshooting supportCollaboration with customers and support for technical documentation
+ Execute and manage key service order processes to help achieve revenue goals.
+ Input and manage customer data in the CRM system.
+ Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for greater service efficiency.
+ Support team members during customer site visits, including inspections, equipment repairs, and replacement of consumables.
