Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair various equipment and systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards.
  • Document service activities and create reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge; customer service skills; problem-solving abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills; attention to detail; willingness to learn.
