Customer Support & Technical Advisory (40%)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
- Respond to internal and external requests using engineering knowledge and analytical skills.
- Prepare and present technical instructions, procedures, reports, specifications, and proposals.
- Communicate proactively to implement technical updates that enhance plant performance.
- Identify potential equipment issues via remote monitoring and collaborate on preventive or corrective actions.
- Analyze and report RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) data and other KPIs; recommend corrective actions.
- Support aftermarket sales opportunities.
- Travel to customer sites in Singapore for project or technical meetings.
