Customer Support & Technical Advisory (40%)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and resolve technical issues.
  • Respond to internal and external requests using engineering knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Prepare and present technical instructions, procedures, reports, specifications, and proposals.
  • Communicate proactively to implement technical updates that enhance plant performance.
  • Identify potential equipment issues via remote monitoring and collaborate on preventive or corrective actions.
  • Analyze and report RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) data and other KPIs; recommend corrective actions.
  • Support aftermarket sales opportunities.
  • Travel to customer sites in Singapore for project or technical meetings.
