Roles and Responsibilities
- Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize their install base and create lead generation business opportunities.
- Leads or contributes to Services small projects coordination and execution on customer site (end of life, modernization, upgrade, …).
- Perform basic audits of customer's electrical systems and equipment.
- Understand Eco-Struxure offer and provide technical explanation to Customers.
- Document all required information for each site (technical report).
- Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.
- Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.
- Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.
- When at customer site, looks for other business opportunities outside current scope of work and lead them to the sales team.
- Is in permanent coordination with his/her planner/coordinator for smooth execution of on-site activities.
- Will escalate to Services technical expert in the countries as needed when unable to solve a technical issue.
- Perform Services Operations by providing best in class customer experience and promote Schneider signature.
- Must comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
Skills Required
- Must have knowledge of electrical protection system.
- Must have knowledge of Electrical equipment safety parameters & its operation philosophy.
- Must have knowledge on GIS & AIS, Protection Relay and Transformers.
- Must have knowledge of switchgear, transformer & Motor operation & industry application.
- Must have knowledge of Modbus/Profibus communication & IEC 61850 protocol.
- Must have knowledge of Ethernet switch, Gateway, Router & its application in digital network.
- Must have knowledge of system architecture in-terms of digital network.
- Must have knowhow of cybersecurity & clear understanding on data flow through cloud.
- Basic communication skill & able to manage customer independently.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business procedures, professional documents, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
