Job Description:

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls

• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems

• Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues

• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors

• Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses

• Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paperwork diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department


Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chillers...
