Service Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Perform daily maintenance, after-sales inspections, and technical servicing for agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, etc.).
• Provide technical support to agents, coordinate product line rectifications, troubleshoot issues, and manage vehicle repair projects.
• Conduct regular customer visits, perform equipment inspections, and oversee maintenance for newly delivered vehicles.
• Ensure timely parts supply, implement parts sales plans, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and diagnose technical problems, execute mechanical repairs, and replace components.
• Submit service reports on schedule and collaborate with engineers/sales teams based in China.
