Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Commissions and repairs industrial refrigeration plants and equipment, utilizing knowledge of mechanics and electronics with standard test instruments and hand tools
• Troubleshoot and assess industrial refrigeration plant conditions
• Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and the necessary documentation of the customers equipment and systems status
• Document completed work timely, clear and concise in-service reports
• Support and promote the service sales activities where necessary and requested
• Ensure compliance with the KTI safety standards and adhere to all international applicable industry standards and requirements
• Support and train customers on the KTI system operation at site or remotely
