Responsiblity for the installation 
Maintenance and repair of the product that have been sold

Provide on site training to the customers

Responds to customer complaints , evaluates and resloves problems of the customer

Diagnosing errors or technical problem determinig proper solution 

Timely and professionaly handle field service calls

Perform on side trouble shooting service and repairs

Provide high level technical support to external customer at their location

Follow all companys procedure and protcol

Co-operate with technical team and share information across the organization 

Build positive realtionship with customers
