Mail:- [email protected] A Service Engineer installs, maintains, and repairs technical equipment, providing on-site/remote support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance for clients, requiring strong technical skills (mechanical/electrical/software), problem-solving, and excellent customer service to minimize downtime and maintain satisfaction. Key duties include diagnostics, preventative maintenance, installations, training users, and documenting all service activities while adhering to safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Maintenance: Install, commission, and perform routine/preventative maintenance on equipment. Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose technical faults, repair complex machinery, and resolve issues efficiently. Customer Support: Provide technical assistance, training, and support to clients, acting as a primary contact. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all service, repair, and maintenance activities. Collaboration: Work with other engineers and teams for complex problem-solving and product feedback. Performance Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance and suggest upgrades or improvements. Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations and standards. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Experience: Prior experience in technical support or a similar service role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing specific machinery, software, or systems. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, problem-solving, and customer service. Attributes: Resourcefulness, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.
