Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Service Engineer. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting maintenance and repair of equipment, and addressing troubleshooting issues. The role entails performing field service operations, ensuring optimal functionality of systems, and maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing technical concerns effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical or technical issues
• Experience in conducting field service operations, including installation and on-site support
• Proficiency in technical support, including diagnosing and addressing customer requirements
• Maintenance and repair skills to ensure the reliability and functionality of tools and systems
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact with customers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant certifications or a degree in, Electrical, or related engineering fields is a plus
• Experience in the industrial tools or manufacturing sector is beneficial
