Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Department: Technical Service and Aftersales
Number of Openings: 3
Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
Age Criteria: 24 to 30 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaint resolutions through calls, remote diagnostics (TeamViewer), or video assistance.
  • Conduct field visits for diagnostic tool installations, updates, and customer support.
  • Troubleshoot high‑end vehicle faults (BMW, Audi, Mahindra, Mercedes, etc.).
  • Register diagnostic tools and manage access credentials (ID/PW).
  • Organize technical seminars in the allocated region to promote car scanners.
  • Train customers and internal staff on diagnostic tool usage and error resolution.
  • Submit service reports and maintain daily customer feedback logs.
  • Support after‑sales activities including warranty claim processing and upselling tools/services.
