Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Pharma Machines , Capsule FIlling Machine, Counting Line, Inspection Machines , Packaging Machines , and Printing Machines . Coordinate with customers, sales, and production teams for smooth service operations.
Convince customers for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and ensure repeat business. Analyze MIS reports , manage collections, projections, and compliance. Develop new customers, especially in price-sensitive markets . Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service reports. Manage client interface and deliver value-added services.
Support internal branding and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Candidate from nearby vicinity will be preferred Candidate Profile: Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 5–8 years in service of Pharma machines automation/inspection/packaging machines. Skills: Good communication and presentation skills. Strong troubleshooting and technical expertise.
Ability to travel across India.
