Responsibilities:
Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software issues on Dell laptops. Repair or replace defective components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, and batteries. Perform system installations, software updates, and data recovery. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding laptop maintenance. Maintain accurate records of repairs and service reports. Ensure compliance with Dell’s service standards and warranty policies. Collaborate with the team to improve service efficiency and customer experience. Requirements:
Proven Min 1 year experience as a Laptop Service Engineer , preferably with Dell products. Strong knowledge of laptop hardware, software troubleshooting, and OS installation. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and BIOS/firmware updates. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Dell certification (preferred but not mandatory).
