Responsibilities:


  • Diagnosed and troubleshot hardware and software issues on Dell laptops.

  • Repair or replace defective components such as motherboards, screens, keyboards, and batteries.

  • Perform system installations, software updates, and data recovery.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding laptop maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and service reports.

  • Ensure compliance with Dell’s service standards and warranty policies.

  • Collaborate with the team to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
  • Requirements:

  • Proven Min 1 year experience as a Laptop Service Engineer, preferably with Dell products.

  • Strong knowledge of laptop hardware, software troubleshooting, and OS installation.

  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and BIOS/firmware updates.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

  • Dell certification (preferred but not mandatory).
