We are expanding within Spain and seek a Service Engineer based in Madrid to support field service activities.

• Diagnose and resolve tower malfunctions on location and remotely.
• Apply standard solutions and develop custom fixes for complex technical issues.
• Maintain high customer service standards and liaise with Operations and the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
• Conduct periodic maintenance, site inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Support ongoing operations at the Madrid hub and inspect incoming towers.
