What you will do
As a Service Engineer you will:
Work directly at customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, resolve technical issues, and support equipment installations; Evaluate equipment performance and escalate more complex problems through the appropriate operational processes; Train customer operators and contribute to improving day to day production efficiency; Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders — including customer teams, Tetra Pak colleagues, and external contractors — to ensure smooth coordination and a high‑quality service experience; Support the monitoring of service contracts and identify opportunities that enhance service delivery while managing stakeholder expectations effectively; Ensure adherence to safety practices, food quality requirements, and reporting standards; Represent Tetra Pak with professionalism, sharing practical ...
