What you will do
As a Service Engineer you will:
Work directly at customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, resolve technical issues, and support equipment installations;Evaluate equipment performance and escalate more complex problems through the appropriate operational processes;Train customer operators and contribute to improving day to day production efficiency;Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders — including customer teams, Tetra Pak colleagues, and external contractors — to ensure smooth coordination and a high‑quality service experience;Support the monitoring of service contracts and identify opportunities that enhance service delivery while managing stakeholder expectations effectively;Ensure adherence to safety practices, food quality requirements, and reporting standards;Represent Tetra Pak with professionalism, sharing pra...
