Position Overview :-

We are seeking a motivated Service Engineer (Fresher or 2–3 years of experience) with a B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical Engineering to join our service engineering team. The role involves installation, servicing, maintenance, QA testing, and R&D support for fragrance diffuser machines at client sites and at our factory.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Install, service, and perform routine maintenance of fragrance diffuser machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair machines under technical guidance.
• Conduct QA testing and support R&D activities for diffuser machines.
• Provide professional and courteous support to clients, maintaining high service standards.
• Assist with factory, warehouse, or office-related technical tasks when required.
• Travel to client locations across India for service and installation assignments.

Eligibility & Requirements :-

• B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Fresher or 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel across India.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive learning attitude.
