Position Summary

The Service Engineer is responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting on tools of Semiconductor Mask Solutions (SMS) and support Mask shop customers in China/ Greater China.

The Service Engineer will aim to serve the customer and improve customer satisfaction, build up his/her own technical knowledge through official training, as well as self-learning.

He / she is expected to be a role-model and drive a performance and customer-oriented culture within Carl Zeiss SMS organization.

Requirements
  • Education : Bachelor degree and above, majored in Engineering of Electrical, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, or Optics related field.
  • Experience :
    • 1. Minimum 3 years experience in Semiconductor equipment field service
    • 2. Prior experience in automation controlling or optics would be a plus
    • 3. Good manner of English in reading, writing and speaking
