Installation and performance verification of semiconductor/bio/Marine manufacturing equipment
On-site setup and troubleshooting support
Collaboration with customers and support for technical documentation
Execute and manage key service order processes to help achieve revenue goals.
Input and manage customer data in the CRM system.
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for greater service efficiency.
Support team members during customer site visits, including inspections, equipment repairs, and replacement of consumables.
You are responsible for sales, fulfilling customer needs, and promoting the company’s image and products.
