Job Title: Service Department Technician
Location: Surat
Terms: Rotational Shift

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
  • Field support experience is mandatory
  • Knowledge of computers and hardware is preferable

    • Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customer concerns.
  • Communicate with clients, engineers, and technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up promptly on service requests and provide feedback to customers.

    • Candidate Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant certification or license is advantageous.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong active listening and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests without being overwhelmed.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Excellent work ethic and a growth mindset.
