Your contribution
As a Service Engineer at FLIR Sweden AB (Täby), you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our infrared products and lab equipment. Under the supervision of the Service Manager, you will perform diagnosis and troubleshooting at the system level, down to component or subassembly as required, resulting in successful repair and maintenance of Teledyne FLIR Solutions products.
You will also assist internal and external customers by resolving service issues through in‑person support, phone, and email. By providing detailed product feedback and root cause analysis, you will contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement. This role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and strengthening Teledyne FLIR’s reputation for technical excellence.
